Ballroom and Latin (Level 1 and 2)

Course start: 27.01.2026 at 8:00 PM. 

Duration: 10 weeks, each tuesday from 8:00 PM to 9:45 PM. 

Free entrance / attendance first two weeks. 

Location: Athletica Nydalen, room 2. 

This course is for beginners and slightly experienced dancers.

Participants learn basic figures at level 1 and slightly more advanced ones at level 2. There will be simple choreographies in two or three ballroom dances. For example it could be English Waltz (also called Slow Waltz), European Tango an Quick Step. 

In parallel there will be simple choreographies in two or three latin dances. Instructors choose between Cha cha cha, Jive, Rumba and Samba dance styles.

Some technical details of the dance figures will also be given.
