You are in the second round

We have collected all responses and closed the interest form. Thank you for letting us know that you are interested in joining! There were more people who wanted to join than we have available spots for. Therefore we will let chance decide:

Come to our info meeting next Wednesday 

On Wednesday we invite everyone who is in the second round to an information meeting at Sophus Bugges Hus Seminarrom 3 where we will randomly draw names. We have 24 candidates for 20 spots, so chances aren't too bad that your name will be drawn! Those who aren't chosen will be put on top of the waitlist and the first ones to get a spot if anyone cancels. During the meeting we will provide you with more information on logistics, costs and what activities to expect. On top, it will be a great opportunity to get to know each other before going on a trip together!  We will hand out binding sign up sheets at the end of the meeting.

Show up or let us know

You can join the meeting in real life (so much more fun!) or online. The link will be shared via email before the meeting and the call will be hosted on either Microsoft Teams or Zoom. If you cannot make it to the meeting, let us know. 

Changed your mind?

It is no problem if you changed your mind about the trip now. But if you did,  please let us know! We had a lot of interest and would like to give as many people as possible a chance to participate. Send us an  email as soon as possible if you no longer wish to join the Bohuslän Trip.
