Alle kursdeltakere må være klare og til stede på kursrommet til oppsatt tid.

Når: 17.00 - 20.00 (møt opp 15 min før for å skifte og være klar til kl fem)
Hvor: Atheltica Blindern, på klatrevegg eller reseptjon
Hva: Dette kurset gir deg innføring i klatring og sikring på led. Etter dette kurset, vil du være i stand til å ta brattkortprøven. Du kan øve mer og ta prøven ved en mandagstrening. Du kan ikke ta prøven rett etter kurset. 

Merknad: Før du tar dette kurset bør du allerede ha tatt nybegynnerkurs eller ha topptaukort – sjekk kalenderen for å se når neste kurs er.

Vi stiller opp med alt du måtte trenge å låne av utstyr; klatresko, sele og taubrems!

About the course

All participants must be ready and present at the course room on time.

When: 5.00 - 8.00 PM (meet 15 mins in advance to be done changing and ready at 5)

Where: Atheltica Blindern, at Climbing wall or reception

What: This course gives you an introduction to lead climbing and belaying. In order to do this course, it is expected that you know how to climb and belay using a top rope. If you don't know how to belay using a top rope, check our calendar to see when the next beginners course is held.

After completing the course in lead climbing, you will be able to take a test to get the Norwegian «Brattkort». This is a certificate of climbing knowledge, and many climbing gyms require you to have this, or some international equivalent. You can take the test at a monday training. You may not take the test immediately after the lead climbing course.

We provide all gear needed, such as climbing shoes, harnesses, and belaying devices.
