Erasmus+ Youth Group Exchange Project Leader - OSI Friluft

OSI Friluft currently have an exchange project with the Austrian association Alpenverein. This is the second year of the project, and we hope to continue it further.
The project is funded by Erasmus+, applied through the Norwegian portal:

The current project was approved in January of 2026, and the first trip went to Lyngen in easter. The second trip of the project is planned for February, and to be in Tyrol for about a week, learning from each other as associations who organize ski touring trips and activities for young people.
The role as project leader consists of being responsible for organizing the project together with our partner association(s). This includes writing the application, writing the post-project report, planning and organizing the trips, being a contact-point for our partners, and informing the OSI board of progress in the project. Also budgeting and doing accounts of the project is required.
The project leader does not have to do all the tasks themselves, but must make sure all responsibilities and tasks are taken care of.
As the current iteration of the project is ongoing, it would be a plus if the new project leader would be able to join the trip to Tyrol in February 2027. To have a seamless transition from the current one, the new project leader will assume the role after the upcoming Tyrol--trip. It is required that the new project leader will stay in the position for one new project cycle, meaning after a possible 2028 project is finalized.
As project leader, you should fulfill at least some of the following qualifications:
- General outdoors experience
- Ski touring experience, preferably with a avalanche course
- Organizing trips with 10+ participants over several days
- Applying and reporting for funding from organizations such as Erasmus+, Sparebankstiftelsen etc.
- Good written English and Norwegian
- Have knowledge of OSI Friluft as an association
As the project is for young people, the project leader should not be above the age of 30 at the time of the project.
